Bill, a native of Winchester received his art degree from Morehead University, with an emphasis on drawing.He has been in involved in art education since 1986, teaching at Sayre School.
Bill works primarily with pencil, pen and ink, and watercolor. His favorite subjects are those places and things that he knows and loves best. This includes landscapes, portraits, architecture, and narrative studies.
Bill draws his inspiration from the many blessings that have been placed in his life. He lists music, nature, friends, students and his faith as major influences on his artwork.
Bill is a member of Winchester Art Guild, The Winchester Drawing Society, The Lexington Art League, and the Kentucky Watercolor Society.
