The Guild
Our members are a varied and exciting group of talented people. Several members are part of the charter group that began meeting informally in 1975 and are still active with their painting and volunteering. The Winchester Art Guild has been an incorporated 501-c-3 nonprofit since 1978, with the mission of supporting the visual arts in the community. Membership is open to anyone over 16 supporting the arts and members do not need to reside in Clark County or even Kentucky. The membership roll lists supporters from other states as well as the surrounding areas.
Our Purpose:
To stimulate community interest in the visual arts.
To lend encouragement and support to local artists.
To stimulate interest in the visual arts within the local schools
